Now, if a customer finds a query or any issue related to the product, they try to contact customer services. But, most customer services ask to have an internet connection or cell phone balance to call. Many customer services or malfunctioned products create a question mark in the customer’s mind.
Today, customers find the product in a very different manner. For instance, a customer buys a product and, of course, would share it with family or friends. When the product does not go well, the customer regrets buying such a lousy product.
It irritates the customer and discourages not buying the product from the particular company again.
