Reflection on Human Trafficking
Forced slavery in the name of Human Trafficking is unacceptable practice to strength the Human Rights-
Human trafficking is modern slavery in the U.S. It is involuntary servitude or slavery such as forced labour. It does not require any movement; instead, people consider themselves enslaved due to their origin or to belong to a specific community or area. There is a greater scope of human trafficking in the United States regardless of gender. Thus, both verbal and nonverbal indicators for human trafficking are there (Martin & Smith 2015). It involves the verbal impact of physical abuse, any employer or companies holding sensitive documents such as identity cards, and living with the employer.
On the other side, the non-verbal conditions include poor living conditions, the atmosphere being fearful or submissive, or the inability to speak about the issue to anyone. Some individuals have gone through this trauma while not sharing the employee’s bad behaviour due to the financial crisis and being unable to leave the job.
While analyzing the community, it is essential to understand that countless people have a financial crisis.
Thus, they experience family crises as well. The state or government should give or provide opportunities for the people due to the financial crisis. So they can switch from the place where they don’t feel abused. Not just the assistant. So, the state takes significant steps to provide better financial assistance. The people can help control human trafficking in the United States.
