Very Humans have Regrets about the Past
For some of the people, good things happened in the last year. They have learned new things, found the best partners, spent more time with family, and got back into sports. But, for other people, so much has been lost in relationships, social life, and work. Sometimes, we feel happy and satisfied, but at the other moment, we regret something we did or happened. Most of us think of regrets in life.
Regret -A Disturbing Emotion
Regret is a feeling like any other emotion. It is both good and bad but negatively impacts the body. It resists the body to be healthier. There is a reason. Regrets directly impact the soul (mind). Thus, it snatches the peace, and the body reacts anxiously. For a peaceful mind, we must avoid regrets in life. One should leave behind what happened in the past. Else, it is only going to hurt both the soul and body. As a whole, the cost will be the peace of life.
It’s high time now to have negotiations with past regrets.
Bad memory is linked to every person in life. But, honestly, the particular time is not coming back.
How long can we keep on regretting the situation or the events?
People have been dealing with the aftermath of trauma and the related memories of horrific events that plague any sense of optimism. Most of us have the most significant regret to miss on doing something or having something in life. It can be a dreams job, a dream person, or giving a response in any situation.
Regret Influences Soul and Body — Peace
On the whole, regret is a person’s emotional state, and it can actually impact the person negatively or in a bad sense. When someone feels very regretful for some reason, he or she is truly disturbing the peace of the soul and body. Regret is a complex emotion to deal with. Therefore, it is crucial to train the mind and soul to not regret the past for what we did and how we respond. We have some circumstances where we follow our intrinsic or mind to react in a particular manner. So, there should not be any regret for not having the full potential at that time.
Focus on Present to Save Future
Remember! That time is not lost. We have experienced and learned something from the past. We have our present to work on and make things more practical and achievable. If we keep on thinking about past regrets, then eventually, the regrets are destroying the present of our life. The present is disturbed when we are actually not living up. But, we are surviving or dealing with the time. We must understand not to hold the past because it is not coming back in any way. Instead, it can actually disturb the progress of the future while not working in the present time. There is a dire need to move through the feelings of regrets and recognize the actual achievement of life.
